First P|A Level 1 course in 2023 at the Colony Club in Vienna. 11 participants took part in the course and were trained by our head coach Octavio.
As in 2022, the Colony Club in Vienna was the location of our training for our first course. The theory part directly in the Colony Club’s clubhouse and the practical units on the padel courts of the Colony Club.
With top conditions on the three padel courts, our head coach Octavio taught the 11 participants how to train 18 different padel strokes. The participants had the opportunity to practice the exercises that Octavio showed in small groups with Octavio’s tips.
Each day of the course began with a theory block. Our head coach Octavio presented topics such as didactics, physique, psychology, training structure and club management.

Those who missed this course will have their next chance in September 2023. The next Level 1 course will take place from September 1st to 3rd.
