Designed for players with basic skills who want to learn how to structure, teach, and plan beginner training professionally and confidently.


For coaches who want to train advanced players.
Recommended for Level-1 instructors with at least 1 year of experience, or active coaches aiming to reach the next coaching level: advanced technique, tactical training, and match analysis.
For full-time coaches with professional ambition.
Training at the Octavio Santana Tennis-Padel Academy (Spain).
For coaches with Level 2 and at least 2 years of experience, or experienced coaches who want to develop professional players.

Level 1 is suitable for all padel players who have basic skills and want to learn how to structure and coach beginners professionally. Coaching experience is not required.
Level 2 expands advanced technique, tactics, and training planning.Level 3 is aimed at experienced coaches who want to work professionally and includes high-performance training at the Octavio Santana Academy in Spain.
The course lasts 3 days and includes theory, practical sessions, methodological coaching, technical training, and a final exam. Everything follows a clear and proven methodology.
Yes. Each completed level is certified and internationally recognized. The certificate confirms your qualification according to the Octavio Santana methodology.
