From January 27 to 29, 2023, our Head Coach Octavio visited Linköping, Sweden, where he shared his extensive knowledge with six future PA coaches as part of our PA Level 1 course. The event took place at the Beacharena — a modern indoor facility with seven padel courts, offering perfect conditions for the training.

The program included theoretical content such as structuring a padel training session, psychological and physical aspects of the game, as well as how to design a complete training program.

During the intensive on-court practice, participants gained valuable insights into the "BER" method and learned numerous exercises to effectively teach 18 different padel strokes.
